Thomas "Tom" O'Donnell Green of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on Father's Day, June 20, 2021. He was born in St Paul, Minnesota to William Joseph "Joe" & Elizabeth "Betty" (Dunn) Green on October 5, 1951. Tom was a graduate of St. Thomas Academy and St. Thomas College. He was a dedicated parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Phoenix.
He is survived by his wife Patricia "Patty" (Caruson) of 47 years, their 8 children: Julie (Robert Schiller), Thomas (Jill), Michael (Melanie), Robert (Kandice), Katherine (Tamuchin McCreless), Patrick, Brian, and Daniel, 13 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers Kevin of Mankato, MN, Patrick (Durelle) of Augusta, GA, sister Sheila of Phoenix, AZ and sisters-in-law Marianne Green of Damascus, MD and Karen Green Olson of Wyoming, MN. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, brothers William Joseph (Joe), Michael (Mike) and sister Barbara Green Waters.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Saturday, August 14 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Tom to Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
